- Hindquarter : 3 pes to 4 pes boll each box packing (net weight -20 kgs)
- Forequarter : 4 kg x 5 roll each box packing (net weight -20 kgs)
- Slice / Chunks : 0.900 kgs x 20 packed each box (net weight -18 kgs)
- Trimming : 5 kgs x 5 roll packed each box (net weight -20 kgs)
- Bobby Veal : 0.900 kgs x 20 packed each box (net weight -18 kgs)
- Veal Leg :/b> 4.5 kgs x 4 roll each box (net weight -18 kgs)
